Craft & Care

Each piece is handcrafted with attention to detail.
Due to its delicate nature, jewelry should be handled and stored with care. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper use or handling.


Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn and unused

  • Returned in original packaging

  • In original condition

Final Sale

The following items are final sale:

  • Earrings

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Sale items


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To select a different piece, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will make it right.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns.
