You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Canada: 2–8 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Local Studio Pickup (Free)
Free local pickup is available by appointment only.
To schedule your pickup, please text 514-497-2880 with your name and order details.
Please wait for confirmation before arriving, as the studio is not open for walk-ins.

Packaging & Care
All pieces are handcrafted and delicate by nature.
Orders are packaged with care to ensure safe arrival. Once delivered, items should be handled and stored properly, as we are not responsible for damage due to misuse or improper care.

Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates.

Delays & Lost Parcels
We are not responsible for carrier delays. If your order appears lost, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
